    No. Industry experience is an advantage, but above all we recruit locally rooted salespeople who can build relationships with property owners. Professional training and the professional licence are covered by the agency.

    Independent commercial agent affiliated with Corse Patrimoine Immobilier, with authorisation certificate, the agency's professional liability insurance and full access to our tools. No joining fee, no monthly subscription.

    Yes. Each region is assigned to a single developer who becomes the area's point of contact. Incoming enquiries from the area are automatically assigned to them.

    The lettings division is being built now to be fully operational for the start of the 2027 season: building the portfolio, signing management mandates and developing skills take place in the preceding months.

    We keep your application and offer either a neighbouring open region or priority if the area becomes available.
